I had a comfy 5-night stay in a Standard Room 1 Double Bed Non Smoking. The location is truly great, making it easy to get around for business in Lusaka. Breakfast blew me away with a fantastic spread every morning and the friendly restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful. The pool area was delightful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I appreciated the nice outdoor dining vibe, especially with the turtles and crocodiles adding a unique touch. I did face a challenge extending my stay. the reception was a bit unhelpful on that front. the Wi-Fi could be improved as it was slower than expected during peak times. a lovely stay, but a few areas could be polished.

I really enjoyed my recent stay, especially the delicious food and the lovely pool area that were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The garden area also provided a nice spot to relax and soak up some sun. Just a heads up, the TV setup didn't connect to streaming services, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

the staff were just so sweet and really helped me out, always smiling. the gym was kinda basic but did the job. my room was nice and comfy, felt pretty chill overall. plus, they let me check out late which was amazin! super helpful receptionists too, they sorted me a taxi which was reliable.

The Southern provided an excellent experience with its immaculate rooms, convenient location for the Lusaka CBD and airport, and impressive dining options. The dinner I enjoyed was delightful despite the restaurant being busy, highlighting the capability of the service staff. The hotel also features three mid-size meeting rooms equipped with projectors and natural lighting, ideal for business events.

The room I stayed in faced the road, which occasionally let in some traffic noise.
